主要研究方向:马铃薯的品质和抗逆育种
1. 马铃薯品质育种
针对马铃薯中主要的营养物质,如淀粉、类胡萝卜素、花青苷、维生素等,利用多种组学技术(RNA-seq、代谢组、DNA甲基化组等),探究不同马铃薯品种之间、以及不同环境条件下各种营养物质合成和代谢的分子机理,寻找潜在的上游调控基因并逐一进行相应的功能验证。
2. 马铃薯抗逆育种
围绕马铃薯生产中常见的胁迫,如温度(高温和低温)、干旱等,通过高通量测序寻找新的逆境胁迫相关基因,通过对上下游调控基因和信号通路的探究,解析调控马铃薯抗逆性的分子调控网络,为马铃薯抗逆育种提供新的候选基因。
